Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GOAT FORMALS garments. If your fit is not exact or if you wish to request a return, we are here to assist.

Returns Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, all garments must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, brand labels, and premium collar stays intact.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or fit, we recommend initiating an exchange rather than a return. Please reach out to our team with your order number, and we will guide you through the process to ship out the replacement size immediately, subject to stock availability.

Refunds Process

Once your returned package reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected for quality and condition. Upon approval, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, or UPI).

Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer or banking partner.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return packaging and shipping costs, except in cases where a defective or incorrect item was received. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
